The Union and the City have met numerous times over the past several months. Talks are progressing very well and we are feeling optimistic that we will have a fair, respectful and reasonable offer in the new future.
We have two more dates set with the employer, on March 10 and 11.

Ratification Update

Thank you to all those who attended the ratification meeting on Wednesday, September 16/17. There was about 100 members, with many asking great questions. The ratification for the bargaining proposal passed with 100% yes vote. Bargaining will be starting and keep checking Facebook, our website for updates.
