I’ve been involved with our union for the past 22 years in various capacities (1st Vice President, Lead Shop Steward, Recording Secretary, 2nd Vice President, and currently Executive at Large. My focus has been on grievance handling and workplace conflicts but remain involved with Health & Safety while continuing to take union-related courses to further educate myself.
I have a simple philosophy; strive to better our union and understand the issues regarding our younger members as well as the seasoned.
