This year we have partnered with She Defines Strength, a non-profit foundation devoted to supporting young female cancer warriors in BC, to sponsor a family skate event. She Defines Strength was founded by CUPE 402 member Christine Joy Tulloch who tragically passed in 2019. Read more about Christine and the work of the volunteer-run foundation here.
The event will be held on Saturday, December 14th at the North Surrey Sport & Ice Complex.
In addition to skating and a holiday market, there will be other fun family friendly activities to enjoy and celebrate the season, as well as refreshments by donation.
