Chair Person 402-03 (Cloverdale): Terence Eytcheson

I have been working at the fairgrounds for going on 4 years now and been active in the union for the last 2+ years. I’ve been the unit chair representative for the 402-03 bargaining unit for almost a year now and definitely enjoying being a part of the executive team.  I’ve been busy honing my skills as a shop steward by taking any education opportunities I can and feel I’ve become a stronger voice to better represent all our union sisters and brothers in any problems they might have and pride myself on making myself available to talk to and help people work through their problems. I currently sit on a few committees,  social, peer to peer (in training), FVLC, FVDLC, and the shop steward committee. I’m hoping to be able to get more involved in the stewarding and always open to learning more skills to help not only myself but all our fellow union members to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment

On a personal level I’m a devoted husband and a father to 2 boys one 24 and a new little addition that joined our family this year.

I enjoy watching football and cheering on the Seahawks and crossing my fingers for another big super bowl win in the hopefully near future
